Will my dog be walked etc in a public place

Baronik's doggie day care and walking park is based in Basingstoke just 5 mins from the town centre , in beautiful, tranquil countryside setting of 8 acres away from other dog walkers which is securely fenced and gated which is covered by CCTV  the whole 8 acres is fenced around the perimeter with 6ft high fencing  which is also dug 4ft in the ground and is completely  secure for even the smaller dogs! we do use other safe venues

Are you a franchise?

​

No - we are an established, friendly family run non-franchise business  we never sub contract. your dog will be treated as part of our family

Who uses  the Doggy Day Care and Dog Walking service?

​

Our dog day care services are designed for dog owners who work all day or travel away from home (e.g. business trips, weekend breaks/holidays, busy parents or for  people with mobility restrictions who require their pets to be cared for in their absence And of course for the owner who wants their dog to have a social fun packed day

How do we book?

​

To take advantage of all of the Dog Day Care, Dog Walking, or Dog Training services offered, we will provide a face-to-face initial consultation in your own home before any bookings are accepted to discuss the client and dog(s) individual requirements. please feel free to contact us Tel: 07703-047748  email: bksk9@talktalk.net

What is the purpose of the initial consultation?

​

This give you the opportunity to ask and questions you may have and to meet your four legged family member. Upon completion of consultation, you will be given a form of which information is required from the client regarding your veterinary details, emergency contacts numbers etc and a copy of my Terms & Conditions will be provided

Do you offer overnight pet sitting services,  home dog boarding or dog creche services?

​

We are 5 Star Rated  home b, and we are fully inspected and licenced by our local council.

How much do you charge?

​

Please refer to the Prices page, and please note this includes free collection and delivery up to 10 miles from Basingstoke.

Are there any dogs you won’t take?

​

Having our own 8 acres dog park and being dog trainers allows us to take dogs that some carers perhaps would otherwise not. We discuss any pet behavioural issues/traits at consultation stage

What if I only require occasional dog day care/walks for my pet?

​

Doggy Day Care and Dog Walking can be provided either on an occasional or regular basis depending on the requirements of you and your pet.

Can you take my puppy?

​

We are able to care for your puppy once he/she has been fully vaccinated in Dog walking.

At Dog Day Care and Dog Walking will my dog off the lead?

​

All dogs will be exercised on  lead unless agreement has made with both us and the client away from public parks etc at our own 8 acres dog park

​

My dog is elderly, has mobility problems and/or needs several comfort breaks in a day, can you help?

​

We can provide a service for catering for puppies and elderly dogs that require multiple daily visits.

​

Are you insured?

​

We are fully insured with full public liability insurance, custody of care and key protection. We are also police checked and fully cleared by the security industry authority and can supply references.

​

I am unable to drive and have difficulty taking my dog to the vets, can you help?

​

We are fully insured and licenced to transport animals and can transport your pet(s) in a safe, secure, air-conditioned vehicle to/from the vets, kennels, groomers or anywhere else you may require.

Security/Keys: All keys retained by us are colour coded and contained securely in a safe - no addresses or phone numbers are ever attached to the keys and client’s details are stored in a separate secure location.
