Who uses the Doggy Day Care/Dog Walking service?

Our dog day care services are designed for dog owners who work all day or travel away from home (e.g. business trips, weekend breaks/holidays, busy parents or for people with mobility restrictions who require their pets to be cared for in their absence.

Do you offer overnight pet sitting services, dog boarding or dog creche services?

Yes we do, and we are fully inspected and licenced by our local council.

How do we book?

To take advantage of all of the Dog Day Care services offered, we will provide a face-to-face initial consultation in your own home before any bookings are accepted to discuss the client and dog(s) individual requirements.

What is the purpose of the initial consultation?

Upon completion of consultation, you will be given a form of which information is required from the client regarding your veterinary details, emergency contacts numbers etc and a copy of my Terms & Conditions will be provided.

When are you available?

We are available between the hours of 06:00 and 18:00 for Dog Day Care/Dog Walking 08:00 and 21:00 for Home Visits and Pet Taxi services, including weekends and Bank/Public holidays.

How many times do you visit?

Frequency dependant upon client and dogs requirements, to be discussed at consultation stage.

Do you cover my area?

How much do you charge?

Please refer to the Prices page, and please note this includes free collection and delivery up to 10 miles from Basingstoke.

Are there any dogs you won’t take?

Being dog trainers as well allows us to take dogs that some carers perhaps would otherwise not. We discuss any pet behavioural issues/traits at consultation stage.

What if I only require occasional dog day care/walks for my pet?

Doggy Day Care and Dog Walking can be provided either on an occasional or regular basis depending on the requirements of you and your pet.

Can you take my puppy?

We are able to care for your puppy once he/she has been fully vaccinated in Dog Day Care.

I am unable to drive and have difficulty taking my dog to the vets, can you help?

We are fully insured and licenced to transport animals and can transport your pet(s) in a safe, secure, air-conditioned vehicle to/from the vets, kennels, groomers or anywhere else you may require.

Security/Keys: All keys retained by us are colour coded and contained securely in a safe - no addresses or phone numbers are ever attached to the keys and client’s details are stored in a separate secure location.
